So you think you are ready to visit the scariest haunted house in Denver? This information should get you there, but we aren't making any guarantees about you getting out! The 13th Door is perhaps the most accessible haunted house in the entire Denver Metro Area. It is located at the intersection of I-225 & Parker Road right next to King Soopers. There is tons of free parking and we are located right across the street from the RTD 9 Mile Light Rail Station.

The Legend of the 13th Door

On a cold October night in 1912, John Barrington the owner of The Barrington Hotel, was throwing his annual All Hallows Eve party in his Penthouse suite. John's nephew Andrew owed a lot of money to a lot of shady people. He came to the party that night asking his Uncle help him repay his debts.

When his Uncle refused, Andrew left vowing revenge on his penny-pinching Uncle. Later that evening, he returned, blocked the exits, and set the hotel on fire.

Once the flames were extinguished, the true horror of that night was revieled as evidenced by the bloody bodies found throughout the hotel. Only one person survived the tragedy. He kept mumbling the phrase "The 13th Door".

If you want to survive, as you experience the horrors of that night, YOU MUST FIND THE 13TH DOOR!

Tickets Prices

Tickets are always available at the door during our regular operating hours. We don't close until that last person in line gets in.

Door Prices

$14.95 with can of food, $15.95 without food donation.

Discount tickets are available at the 13th Door website or door priced tickets are available at our ticket booth at the haunted house.

Combo Tickets

Save money, get more scares. You can add additional more haunts $10 each when bought in a Combo Pack. Combo tickets are good at the following haunted houses: The 13th Door, The Butcher, Curse of Slaughterhouse Gulch and The Haunted Mansion. Visit the 13th Door for more details.

Go VIP. For $5 more you can upgrade your ticket to VIP Admission and skip the line and get right in.
